What You’ll Do:

Every session is a chance to make memories! You’ll offer 1:1 support to children and young people with disabilities – helping them access fun, meaningful activities at home or out and about. From swimming and cycling to museums and soft play, no two days are the same.

You’ll play a key role in promoting independence, boosting confidence, and making sure every child feels supported, safe, and seen.


 Who We’re Looking For:

  • Warm, positive, and reliable people with a big heart
  • A passion for making a real difference
  • Understanding of (or willingness to learn about) the needs of disabled children
  • Strong communication skills and a flexible, child-focused approach
  • Independent, proactive, and ready to step in when needed
  • Childcare qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3), Paediatric first aid training, Moving & handling training, would be an advantage
