🎯 Your Role: Early Years Practitioner
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Be a Key Worker to a group of children, helping them grow emotionally, socially, and academically.
- Plan and lead exciting activities that spark imagination and learning.
- Build meaningful partnerships with families to support each child's development.
- Help create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Collaborate with your amazing colleagues to deliver the highest standards of care.
- Keep track of children’s progress and celebrate every achievement — big or small!
✅ What You Need to Join the Magic
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or higher) – must be listed on the DfE approved qualifications list
- A solid understanding of EYFS, child development, and Ofsted expectations
- Bags of energy, patience, and a caring nature
- Great teamwork skills and a can-do attitude
- Experience in observing, planning, and assessing children’s learning
